Eric Little is the CEO/President and founder of Crimson Building Company, LLC. Eric has over 22 years of experience in construction, including the development and construction of over 5,000 units of apartments and 10-million square feet of commercial buildings.

Eric has guided Crimson from a small start-up with 2 employees, into one of ENR’s top General Contracting firms in Texas, and into one of INC 5000 fastest-growing companies in the United States.

Eric is a former U.S. Marine and is a board member of several non-profit organizations. He also serves as a deacon and on the leadership team at his church. He has been interviewed by multiple news agencies and has also published several articles discussing the role of faith in the work place.

Eric, his wife, and his children call Fort Worth home. 

Kim directs all functions of accounting at Crimson, including all accounts payable, accounts receivables, and taxes. She has been with Crimson since 2019. She and her husband reside in Fort Worth and she is a graduate of DePaul University with a BS in Accounting.

Biyi is responsible for project management of all Fort Worth projects at Crimson.

Biyi holds a BTech in Architecture and he uses this education and over 25 years of construction experience to quickly solve most issues on-site and to help us red-line drawings during the bidding process. 

Tammy is responsible for the administration of all projects at Crimson. This includes preparing all subcontracts, change orders, and purchase orders. She also manages all our GCPay inputs.

Tammy was our first employee and had grown as the company has. She bleeds Crimson through and through.

Alan is responsible for our large garden-style projects, including 380 Villas in McKinney. He brings decades of experience to our Team in MF construction. He shares his passion for BBQ with Eric Little and claims to make the best BBQ sauce around.
